Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SwiftFix Home Services website ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site and our services immediately.

About Us

SwiftFix Home Services Sdn Bhd is a company registered in Malaysia under SSM Registration No. 202401035821, with its principal office at #28, Jalan Putra, 50350 Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Services

We provide plumbing, home maintenance, and renovation services as described on the Site. All service descriptions are provided in good faith and represent a general indication of the work involved. The precise scope, materials, and cost for your particular project will be detailed in a written quotation issued prior to commencement.

Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of labour and specified materials. Any additional work requested after acceptance of a quotation will be quoted separately and requires your written approval before we proceed.

Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked through the Site, by phone, or via email. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations of standard appointments. Emergency call-outs that are cancelled after dispatch may incur a nominal call-out fee as stated at the time of booking.

Warranty

Standard repair work is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty. Renovation projects and new installations carry a 12-month warranty covering both labour and installed components. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, SwiftFix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SwiftFix Home Services Sdn Bhd or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behaviour includes transmitting harmful code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, and harvesting personal data from the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
