Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment
SwiftFix Home Services strives to deliver work that meets or exceeds your expectations. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a completed service, we want to make it right. This policy outlines how refunds and re-service requests are handled.
Service Satisfaction
If you believe the work performed does not meet the agreed scope or quality standards, please contact us within seven days of service completion. We will arrange for a senior technician to inspect the work at no additional cost. Where we determine that the work falls short of the agreed specification, we will rectify it free of charge.
Refund Eligibility
A monetary refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
- We are unable to complete the work as quoted and no alternative solution is acceptable to you.
- A re-service attempt fails to resolve the original issue within the warranty period.
- You cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refund:
- Materials purchased and installed at your request, unless they are defective.
- Emergency call-out fees after a technician has been dispatched to your location.
- Diagnostic fees for assessments that did not lead to a service booking, where such fees were disclosed upfront.
How to Request a Refund
Submit your request by emailing [email protected] with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Date of service and invoice or booking reference number.
- Description of the issue and reason for the refund request.
- Photographs or supporting evidence where applicable.
Processing Time
We acknowledge all refund requests within two business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter to our management team by writing to the address below. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and fairly.
