We do. Our emergency hotline is staffed around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. For critical issues such as burst pipes or gas leaks, we aim to arrive within 60 minutes across the Klang Valley.

Our primary coverage area includes Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Cheras, Bangsar, Ampang, Damansara, Puchong, Cyberjaya, and Putrajaya. We also accept bookings in wider Selangor and parts of Negeri Sembilan.

Pricing is based on the type of service, job complexity, and materials required. We always provide a fixed quote upfront so there are no surprises. Standard diagnostic visits are complimentary when followed by a repair.

Our service vehicles carry a wide range of commonly needed parts and fittings. For specialised or designer items, we can source them at competitive trade rates, or you are welcome to provide your own.

All standard repairs carry a 90-day workmanship guarantee. Renovation projects and new installations come with a 12-month warranty covering both labour and installed components.
